Intro to Aerials – A 4-Week Beginner Course Ready to take your fitness to new heights? Our Intro to Aerials course is the perfect way to start your aerial journey! Over four weeks, you'll explore the fundamentals of aerial hoop (lyra) and aerial hammock, building strength, confidence, and grace in the air. 🌟 What to Expect: ✅ 2 Hoop Classes & 2 Hammock Classes – A perfect balance of both apparatuses! ✅ Learn foundational moves, grips, mounts, and transitions ✅ Improve flexibility, coordination, and upper body strength ✅ A fun and supportive environment—no experience needed!
