Studio Policies and Rules
Please find all the info you need from class cancellations to studio etiquette.
Cancellation Due to Weather
When class are cancelled due to weather you will be credited back your class to use at another time. The class that is cancelled will be rescheduled based on studio and instructor availability. The class is not guaranteed to be rescheduled. Class will be cancelled at least 2 hours before the start time.
Late cancellation/No Show
If you do not provided 2 hours notice that your are not coming to class you will loose your class, it will NOT be credited back to your plan. If you do not show up to a class you have booked it will not be credited back to your plan. If there is a person on the waitlist you will be charged a no show fee of $15.
Memberships Commitment
You can down grade or upgrade you membership at any time. Please speak to your instructor for assistance if needed.
Video and Photo privacy
Cancellation due to illness
If your class is cancelled due to the instructor being sick you will be credited back the class to be used at another time.The class that is cancelled will be rescheduled based on studio and instructor availability. Respect and safety in the studio
Please do not teach other students. The only person who should be teaching is the instructor. I know we want to share our knowledge and experience but if you find yourself or your friend in need of assistance please call out to your instructor. If you break this rule you could be asked to leave the studio. During open studio you can only work on skills you have learn in your studio class. please do not be trying NEW things you see on instagram.
Parents in the studio
We would prefer that after you first class you leave the studio during class. We find that the kids will look for you assistance instead of relying on the instructor and this can be distracting. We will always allow you to come and take pictures and video at the end of class as we all want to capture our cool new skills.
We all take pictures and videos of the skills and tricks we are learning. We ask that you respect each others privacy and only film and take pictures of yourself. If there is some else in the back ground alway ask for permission before filming you taking pictures. Please alway ask permission to share on your social media if someone else is in the picture or video. filing to follow these rules could result in you being asked to leave the studio.
