What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking instructors who are:
✔ Experienced in pole, aerial, or related movement arts
✔ Enthusiastic and encouraging with students of all levels
✔ Dedicated to safety, technique, and continuous learning
✔ Certified in CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain certification)
✔ Open to working with both youth and adult students

Instructor Application

Pole & Aerial Instructor (Casual Position)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pole & Aerial Instructor to join our team!

What We Offer:

Unlimited studio membership
Full studio access with a key
Hands-on 6-month instructor internship under a senior instructor for training and mentorship
Reimbursement for Movement Academy certification after 12 months of solo teaching

Requirements:

Must obtain certification through the Movement Academy (studio will reimburse after 12 months of solo teaching)
Must carry personal instructor insurance
Teach engaging and safe pole and aerial classes
Adhere to studio rules, policies, and maintain a positive atmosphere
Commit to professional growth and uphold studio standards
